The Plot Mark, a well-meaning college student, volunteers for Earth’s first inter-species exchange program and must come to terms with his new alien roommate Gonk: an insufferably superior slob whose only interest in humanity is the intoxicating effect of its carbonated beverages. The story is told through sit down interview sessions with Mark and documentary footage of their life together.

Proof of concept demonstration of my facial motion capture rig. The actor's face is recorded by HD video camera and then key points on the face are optically tracked with Maya Live. These trackpoints are then used to animate locators which in turn animate the facial bones of my 3D character.
